A Glorious 12-Year Partnership with Mumbai Indians

Usha International’s partnership with the iconic IPL Team Mumbai Indians has spanned 12 glorious years, a testament to the mutual respect and value alignment of both brands. It represents and ties back to a common goal and dedication to nurturing sports and developing a sporting ecosystem via strategic partnerships.

Championing Inclusivity

For the past four years, Usha International has stood side by side with the Indian Blind Sports Association (IBSA), a distinguished national-level sports organization dedicated to advancing sports opportunities for the visually challenged. Through our unwavering support, we've proudly sponsored the Usha Sports Championship for the Blind, a platform that serves a dual purpose. One, is to empower differently-abled athletes, particularly female participants, by fostering their participation in sports. Two, to inspire visually impaired sportspersons towards embracing an active and healthy lifestyle.

Association with MI Emirates:

In its pursuit of connecting with enthusiasts worldwide, Usha International embarked on a remarkable journey by partnering with MI Emirates. This collaboration serves as a testament to our commitment to extending the boundaries of sportsmanship and fostering a global community that shares our passion for excellence.

Supporting Indigenous Sports: Usha's Inclusive Approach

Leveraging its extensive network of Usha Silai Schools nationwide, Usha is dedicated to empowering women and children in these communities to champion a diverse range of traditional sports across India. Our commitment extends beyond mere sponsorship – it's about fostering a deep-rooted connection to the indigenous sports that define our nation's rich cultural tapestry. Through initiatives like Mallakhamb, Siat Khnam, Kalaripayattu, Thang-Ta, Saz-Loung, Satoliya (commonly known as Pithu), Yoga, and Silambam, Usha is fostering a resurgence of these time-honored disciplines. By nurturing these indigenous sports, we're not only celebrating tradition but also empowering communities in the heartlands of India to embrace an active and healthy lifestyle.

Supporting Divyang Cricket League

Since 2014, Usha has been supporting the Divyang Cricket League, a testament to our commitment to promoting inclusivity and providing a platform for differently-abled athletes to shine. This initiative operates under the auspices of the All India Cricket Association for Deaf, with Usha serving as the title sponsor. In a significant milestone, Usha also took on the role of the main sponsor for the Indian team during the first Deaf Asian Cup held in 2015.

Supporting Golf in India for Over 35 Years

Usha's enduring commitment to golf has spanned several years, with a particular focus on fostering the growth of the sport among juniors and ladies. A remarkable journey that began 36 years ago, Usha's sponsorship has played a pivotal role in shaping the golfing landscape in India. Since 1987, Usha has been a proud sponsor of the Northern India Ladies Championship, held at the esteemed Delhi Golf Club. This collaboration was a pioneering step when golf for ladies was still finding its footing in India.

Extending our partnership to MI Women's IPL Team

In 2022, a new chapter began as Usha Internal extended its association with Mumbai Indians' Women IPL Team. This collaboration marks a significant step towards empowering women in cricket and shaping the future of the sport. By joining hands with these dynamic athletes, we embark on a journey that transcends boundaries, proving that passion and determination know no limits.
